Drop off is at the time of your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule with a NO SHOW fee.
To help us keep a calm salon environment we ask for prompt pickup of your pet once their service is finished. You will be notified when your pet is ready for pickup we ask that your pet is picked up within 30 minutes of this notification. Longer "heads up" notifications can be made upon request.
Late Pickup or dropoffs without prior accommodations may be charged a late fee.
Late fees:
30 min : $15
>30 min : $1/min
After closing : $2/min
No-show/ Cancellation:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so 24 business hours before appointment time. Quinny’s has a no tolerance policy for appointment no-shows. Missed appointments and last minute cancellations will be charged for 100% of the appointment.
Pre-existing conditions:
We will not accept dogs with the following conditions.
Open wounds
Diarrhea in the last 24 hours
Pregnancy (will accept up to 2 weeks before due date)
Less than 2 weeks Post-op
Behavioral concerns:
We are happy to work with dogs with all types of behavioral concerns. Pre-disclosure is important so we can time and accommodate your pets needs. Dogs that require extra time for behavior modification may accrue extra fees based on time spent.
Abandoned pets:
If your pet is still at the salon past closing and we are unable to contact you your pet will be safely kenneled with a potty break and water. A $150 fee will apply. If contact still has not been made in 24 hours of your appointment your pet will be considered abandoned and turned over to animal control.
Kenneling:
Quinny’s is not a free roam salon. Your dog may be kenneled for safety reasons at any point. We do not use kennel dryers or kennel dogs for longer than absolutely necessary. Prompt pickup and dropoffs can help reduce the need to kennel your pet.
Vaccinations
As per Colorado State Law all pets in the facility must present proof of up to date vaccination records for DHPP (distemper,parvo,parinfluenza), Bordetella, and Rabies. These records must be sent in 24 hours before your appointment or your appointment will be at risk of cancellation.
Terminated appointments:
To preserve the safety of pets and employees Quinny's holds the right to terminate the appointment at any time.
Senior Pets
Dogs are considered seniors after 7 years old. Senior pets are more likely to overstress during grooming services. Services may be modified, shortened, or terminated at any time for your senior pets safety. Senior pets are more likely to be sore after grooming due to the manipulation of their joints. All preexisting conditions or health concerns must be disclosed before appointment. Grooming Senior Pets is about safety and comfort not quality.

Some services provided at Quinny’s use products that are not labeled for pet use.
CPR and First Aid
Quinny’s employees are required to be CPR and first aid certified. By signing below you are you are acgknowleging the risks from dog grooming and granting Quinny’s employees to perform first aid or life-saving measures on your pet in the event of an emergency. If your pet requires CPR they will immediately be taken to the nearest vet. Severe injuries will be taken to the nearest vet and owners will be immediately notified.
Parasites
Quinny's does not provide parasite (flea,tick,lice ect.) prevention or removal services. If parasites are found on your dog at the time of service (usually found during the bath) the service will be immediately terminated, you will be contacted, and you will be charged for the services performed and a sanitization fee of $20.
